About APEX
APEX Mission Statement
The APEX family of organizations provides education, social opportunities, and support for adults who are interested in Bondage and Discipline; Dominance and Submission; and Sadomasochism (BDSM). We exist for those who value individual responsibility, integrity, confidentiality, and respect for self and others. APEX provides ongoing forums for the education and practice of BDSM, alongside opportunities for like-minded individuals to socialize, explore, and learn in a respectful and dignified environment. APEX welcomes all sexual orientations, consensual relationships, and risk-aware BDSM and sexual practices.
Our Organizational Structure
“APEX” refers to the APEX family of organizations, which consists of two distinct entities working in tandem to support our community:
- Arizona Power Exchange Corp.: A 501(c)(7) non-profit social club that facilitates social opportunities, private events, and a safe space for our members.
- APEX Educational Foundation: A 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing comprehensive education, public resources, and outreach.
Organizational Independence The APEX Educational Foundation is a legally distinct and separate entity from the Arizona Power Exchange Corp. While the Foundation may receive funding, support, and structural benefits from the social club, the APEX Educational Foundation maintains absolute and independent control over its own funds, financial accounts, physical assets, and executive leadership.
